Duties include:
All activities required for entire AR cycle, including collections, aging, reports and billing Account reconciliations Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers Collection calls as necessary, while maintaining positive client relationships Other administrative and customer service support duties as needed and as assigned.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude, self-motivated and hands on problem solver 1
years accounts receivable experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Strong Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and telephone skills/experience Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Must be able to work well with others 10 key by touch Ability to type 35 wpm Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify accuracy of own work Qualified applicants please submit your resume, and references.
